Dave Lory

Founder and President

Dave has a diverse and extensive background in arts and entertainment over his 35-year career. An accomplished entertainment executive, event producer, hands-on music Artist developer, author, and marketing professional, he has worked across all genres of music and produced numerous memorable and successful events. Dave served on the NARAS Board of Governor’s New York Chapter for 8 Years.

Joshua Simons

Chief Strategy & Operations Consultant

The media and entertainment specialist who pioneered the proposition that music Artists and brand marketers form strategic partnerships to transcend all media platforms. He established a new media era with WorldSpace, which led to the branding and underwriting of XM Satellite Radio for the US [now merged with Sirius Satellite Radio]. He established a brand building model for the NFL to become more contemporary offering that also had enormous appeal with the female demographic proposing that the brand look to restage their Superbowl halftime shows with the first music artist, Michael Jackson, performing at Superbowl XXVII.

Dick Wingate

A&R Consultant

Dick has been at the forefront of music marketing, A&R and interactive technology from its’ beginnings. As President, Media Development & Chief Content Officer for Nellymoser he worked with clients such as Sony, Warner Music, MTV, AT&T, Virgin Mobile & ABC Television. Pioneered the digital music business as SVP, Content Development at Liquid Audio, Inc. He has been integrally involved with the careers of Artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Elvis Costello, Aimee Mann, Peter Tosh, Eddy Grant, Pink Floyd, Bon Jovi, Sarah McLachlan and Garland Jeffreys.

Tom Linden

Senior Director, Live Entertainment

Tom has worked in the live entertainment field for over 16 years. He spent the bulk of this time at Artist Group International where he had the pleasure of working on tours for a diverse roster of artists. He comes to WEG from The Road Company, where he booked and planned tours for Broadway and other theatrical presentations.

Kennard Valentine

Kennard has more than 10 years of experience in event marketing, coordination, and promotion. At Combs Enterprises with Sean “Love” Combs, he handled event marketing and brand development for Ciroc and DeLeon. At Feld Entertainment, he handled regional business development, media relationships, marketing, and revenue planning for a variety of high-profile shows.

Brad Mooberry

Brad served nearly 30 years as founder and CEO of ad2, inc., consulting with a variety of corporate and entertainment clients on concepts for, and implementation of multi-channel initiatives ranging from brand strategy and website development to social media marketing tactics. Past clients include GRAMMY.com, Paramount Pictures, Pepsi, Hilton Hotels, Sony Pictures and more.

K Morris

A&R Consultant

K Morris has a proven track record of success, steering independent digital music product from concept to execution. He has developed and an adept ability to communicate with management, publicists/promoters, vendors, label execs, and the Artist. Recently, Morris’ through his brand Hip Vision has strategically partnered with 1PR Brands, and Research Warrant, as a result he works exclusively with Lil Xxel, The SaveMoney Collective, and oversees any and all music business interests related to Brian Fresco.

Roanne founded Mezz Entertainment in 2017. Today, she manages several clients which include DJ Suss One, DJ Wonder, Scram Jones, and Equis, while additionally consulting a range of clients in various industries from music to fashion. Roanne remains a leader who shows anything is possible with the proper work ethic and the right amount of drive.

Kim Huber

Artist Management/Head of Pitch Department, Mezz Entertainment

Kim Huber works on a team of managers at Mezz Entertainment. She began her career in the music industry as an intern at Advanced Alternative Media, Inc., a management firm specializing in the representation of world-renowned producers, songwriters, mixers, and engineers. She joined Mezz Entertainment where her primary focus is artist and brand partnerships; however, she is also involved in various areas of the organization.

Emily Dula

Coordinator/Social Media, Mezz Entertainment

For 2 years, Emily has been working at Mezz Entertainment where she has managed social media platforms, pitched clients to venues, online publications and brands, and has helped to train and oversee the interns that are a part of the internship program. Emily strongly values creativity and making connections within the entertainment industry. She is extremely passionate about supporting artists and is eager to learn more about the music business through hands-on experiences.
