WEG Live Performance Group (WLPG) is responsible for the development, production, and execution of WEG’s live entertainment strategy, including concerts, touring, festivals, and branded live experiences. WLPG focuses on creating compelling live events that connect artists with fans while generating significant revenue opportunities across the WEG ecosystem.

A core initiative for WLPG is the development of original branded music festivals and recurring live event properties designed to become annual tentpole experiences—similar to the cultural impact of events like Burning Man, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, and South by Southwest.

Live performance remains the largest revenue driver for many artists, with global tours generating billions in ticket sales. For example, Taylor Swift’s recent tour grossed over $2 billion worldwide, while Ed Sheeran generated the majority of his annual income from touring. WLPG is positioned to capitalize on the strong global demand for live music by producing high-impact touring and event opportunities that benefit both WEG artists and the broader entertainment marketplace.
